Altogether - 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a super safe, family friendly neighborhood, which is close to the beach but far enough from the train tracks to maximize peace and quiet. It has space for 4 vehicles at most and has a car port for 1. There is also a separate cottage with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, living room and kitchenette in the back. This can all be rented, to provide accommodations for up to 9 guests! The interior has been remodeled and this place is an absolute guest favorite! Guests enjoy the back patio area with bbq grill, the huge fenced in back yard, the pool table, and the kids room.. equipped with a twin over queen bed, and a tv with space for your gaming consoles.
Other Details to Note
The front house is 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Parties of 5 or more will have access to the back house which is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, as there are additional guest fees that cover the utilities on that second house. Parties of less than 5 that wish to have full access will need to pay an additional $50 per night.
